FAITH FORMATION GRADES PRE-K – 8
Faith Formation: Religious Education of Children
The Church recognizes that we have but one teacher, Jesus Christ. Together, with the parents and the help of the Holy Spirit, the School of Faith Formation endeavors to instruct children in the scriptures and traditions of the Church in order that they may become faithful and fruitful disciples of Jesus. Faith Formation is devoted to proclaiming the Christian message and promoting knowledge of the faith; preparing children for prayer and worship; cultivating moral formation; encourage Christian living and service and instilling a sense of community and a communal understanding of Church. Sessions are scheduled this year on Sundays from October through April, 9:15 – 10:15 am for Pre-K – Grade 8.
Registration begins in the spring and continues through the beginning of Faith Formation classes. To inquire about this program please call Susan Yost at 410-427-7516 or email.
