Meat and Potatoes Casserole
Ingredients: 2 lbs. Ground Chuck 8 Potatoes, pared and cut into chunks 1 lb. Carrots, cut up 2 onions, sliced 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup a 1 can of water or equivalent gravy
Preparation: Brown ground chuck with onion in skillet. Drain well. Boil potatoes and carrots together until done. Reserve the water. Combine two cans of soup with one can of the reserved water (or tap water). Add browned meat and onions to the soup and blend thoroughly.
Wash supplied casserole pan before using. Layer potatoes, carrots and meat/soup mixture into the clean pan. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
Cover the top and sides of the casserole with aluminum foil .Label casserole MEAT AND POTATOES, and show Date and Your Name.
Casseroles are to be delivered on the First Wednesday of each month before 9:00 AM to 604 Windwood Rd, which is off the 6400 block of York Road, across from St. Pius Church at the Crown Service Station.
